I'm Mirza. I grew up in Sarajevo — just me and my mom. She worked hard so I could have options. I chose medicine first. Then I discovered neuromarketing — how the human mind makes decisions, why people buy, why logic has nothing to do with it. I never looked back.

At 25 I started my first agency with no clients, no reputation and no safety net. Six years later, Digital Ad Astra runs campaigns across four countries. I've helped clinics book 50 surgeries in 90 days, tripled patient volume and built automation systems that generate leads while my clients sleep.
